Fluencerr Terms of Service

Welcome to Fluencerr! By accessing or using our website (www.fluencerr.com) and related services, including SMS verification, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Fluencerr connects creators with participating businesses to redeem perks in exchange for creating and sharing content. Our services include online verification, SMS identity confirmation, content tools, and creator access features.

2. SMS Verification & Communications

By providing your phone number and creating an account with Fluencerr, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Fluencerr LLC for account verification and operational purposes. This section describes our SMS program.

Program Description. Fluencerr uses SMS messaging to deliver one-time passcodes (OTPs) for account sign-up, sign-in, and identity verification. We may also send transactional messages related to your account, such as security alerts and verification confirmations.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will typically receive an SMS message each time you sign in, sign up, or perform an action that requires identity verification.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Fluencerr is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Fluencerr. Because your phone number is used as your primary account identifier, opting out of SMS will also require deletion of your Fluencerr account, which you can initiate from within the app or by contacting support.

Help Instructions. For help or support with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message from Fluencerr, or contact us at support@fluencerr.com.

No Marketing SMS. Fluencerr does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All SMS communications are strictly transactional and related to account authentication and security.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive SMS messages from Fluencerr. By providing your phone number, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to the availability and performance of your mobile carrier's network.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when signing up or verifying.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

• Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the verification system or platform features

• Follow all creator guidelines and applicable laws when posting content.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and platform materials are owned by Fluencerr LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

5. Perks, Payments & Compensation

If applicable, payment terms or complimentary perk eligibility will be detailed within creator agreements or business contracts.

Fluencerr does not guarantee perks, compensation, or creator approval; eligibility depends on verification requirements and participating businesses.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fluencerr services - including SMS verification - if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fluencerr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, content, data, or opportunities.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
